The gums of the teeth are soft tissues such that when it is damaged, it will bleed and can make you fill pain in the teeth. 7. WASH YOUR MOUTH WITH WATER CONTAINING SALT

Research has shown that washing your mouth with warm water containing salt can help to fight bacteria that can cause the gum to bleed. This can be done 3-4 times on a daily basis.

8. LASTLY, CONSUME LITTLE CARBOHYDRATE FOODS

Carbohydrate foods contains sugar and when eaten on a regular basis can increase the action of bacteria attacking your gum. So, you need to cut low on your intake of carbohydrate foods.
